Q: Why does VMRCplus.exe give the error 0xc0000135 ?
Virtualization November 14th, 2007Q: Why does VMRCplus give the error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."
A: VMRCplus is a winforms application. It requires the .NET framework. to be installed.

yes, it was framework 3, the composant needed to work vmrcplus.Thx
